Sync I Phone 6 with Macbook Pro and photos are transferred and on the I cloud. How do I delete from i Phone to give room or transfer to a windows machine.

You posted in the iPhoto for Mac forum about transferring photos to iCloud - that can not be done with iPhoto
So start with what you have (software and versions numbers), step by step what you are doing and if you are using Photos for Mac instead of iPhoto for Mac (whihc is likely) what iCloud settings you have on the Mac and on each device and what the status of the photo upload is
